About
Me...
- Welcome to my website! My name is
Neal Barrett. I live near and work in Fremont, Ohio which is about 30
minutes from Lake Erie, and Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky,
Ohio. I work for the Fremont City School System as a Technology
Coordinator. I have found that Technology Coordinators are the
computer Swiss-army knife of a school system, and take care of anything that
displays letters or numbers on a screen. Network support and maintenance,
firewalling, DNS administration, programming, user administration, embedded
equipment (boilers etc...), cable installation, as well as cleaning, grant
writing, inventory, etc... are but a few of the expected duties of a typical
Technology Coordinator.

- Besides the fact that it's my job... My main hobby
is computers and networking. I guess you could say, I live and breathe
the stuff...

- I am also a music lover. I am a self taught guitar player, and have since
started a classic rock / alternative rock band. We are in search of a good
band name, and should have one in a couple of weeks. Our first live/headline
gig is
May 15th, so we better come up with a name by then. It is amazing how
difficult a really good band name is to come up with! Here are some of our live music
pics where we opened for a local band out of
Sandusky, Ohio.

- Because of
my passion for music, I began to tinker with car audio, home theater, and
stage equipment. I enjoy attending IASCA, USAC, and TOW sanctioned car
audio tournaments and love a good rock concert!

- When I'm not working or making noise, I enjoy a
relaxing game of golf. I attended Tiffin University on a four year
golf scholarship, and I still enjoy playing weekend tournaments and
scrambles! (Especially if money is involved!)
